Fists, dildos, and other stuff is part of the unique “therapy” that ends up in the hungry assholes that need work in “Handball Therapy.” In every case, the itch to get completely opened up definitely gets scratched.

In the first scene, nurse Rick Van Sant gives some TLC to medical assistant Jackson Lawless’ cute booty. Rick holds an empty beaker at the ready, undoing Jackson’s scrubs and releasing his hardon and balls, which are cinched up by a cock ring. Jackson pisses in it, but that’s not the last sample Rick has in mind. After probing Jackson’s hole with a long swab, which barely tests its limits, judging by what happens after, Rick uses an inflatable dildo, then most of his hand to open Jackson up more. Then, Rick takes a turn on the bottom, and Jackson uses one, then two fists to tame Rick’s hungry hole.

Evan Matthews shows up for an exam to find that his old doctor has been replaced by hot physician Trey Walker. Trey’s prescription for the jockstrap-wearing Evan is to climb into the stirrups for a thorough butthole exam. The doc’s hand goes in so deep he gets the cuffs of his dress shirt wet with lube. Maybe that’s why he finishes the fisting session naked, because by the end of it it he’s up to the elbows in Evan’s rosy red hole.

Tony Vega and Andre Barclay play boyfriends who, while waiting for doc Tommy Deluca to arrive, play around with the medical equipment. Andre climbs on the table for a double-probing, supplied by the doc and his boyfriend, and while watching Tommy wield an enormous metal prong on his boyfriend, Tony’s boner gets huge in his underwear. Later, Tony and Tommy takes turns fisting Andre while holding their huge erections in their hands, and then Tommy fucks Andre while Andre eats Tony’s hole. The cool thing here is that Tommy shoves his fist in Andre’s hole at the same time, effectively jerking off inside Andre’s ass.

In the finale, Doctor Trey shows back up when patient James Aaron shows up with some pressure in his belly, which turn out to be actually a toy stuck up his ass. Trey has obviously seen this kind of thing before, and springs to action. James has a tattoo circling his sphincter, which is actually really hot, and which shows up nicely once the huge buttplug is gently pulled out by the doctor, who then gives James’ butthole an even closer look with fingers and an even huger, see-through buttplug. That makes it easier to use the flashlight, to see deep inside James. Both of these guys have pierced dicks, but it’s James’ whose is covered in a hot load after Trey deep-fists his hole, really giving it to the stud until he can’t take any more. It’s a gooey, creamy, huge load that will take more than one of the doc’s we wipes to clean up, too.
